Baseball Card Values

Some just listed a Babe Ruth Rookie Baseball card on ebay which ended up selling for more than $8500.00.  That is amazing when you consider that the current high for the Babe Ruth Rookie baseball card was only$5000.  Even though the card is very rare the auction that realized this astronomical price was for one that was graded EX 5.  This is not that high of a grade for a baseball card and is considered mediocre as condition goes.

Vintage baseball rookie cards are not easy to find in good condition.  If you happen to find a vintage Babe Ruth Rookie Baseball Card you should probably have the card professionally graded.  Make sure that you do your homework about baseball card grading before you submit anything in.  Choosing the right grading card company to have your old or vintage basbeall cards to have graded is very important.
